Lewkfit Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your garment engineering. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original technical tags attached, and in its original premium packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

CRITICAL DIGITAL IDENTITY EXEMPTION (NON-RETURNABLE CONDITION): Our apparel features embedded NFC hardware that bridges your physical garment with a unique digital identity on our Lewkfit Syndicate app.

If a customer scans the chest logo NFC chip, accesses the app, and clicks the "Authenticate Perk" button to register their email address, the physical garment is permanently linked to that digital profile. Once this digital authentication process is initiated, the item is considered "permanently modified and personalized." Under no circumstances will returns, refunds, or exchanges be accepted for garments that have been digitally authenticated.

2. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Digitally Authenticated Items: Any garment where the NFC chip has been scanned and linked to an email/account via the Syndicate app.

  • Sale & Drop Items: We cannot accept returns on clearance items, promotional sale items, or digital gift cards.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact us first at lewkfit@gmail.com.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, alongside detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through email will be automatically rejected and sent back at the sender's expense.

All approved returns must be shipped directly to our fulfillment and operations hub: F-301, Prabhu Darshan-C, Kanchan Vihar Colony, Scheme No. 114, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 452010.

4. Damages, Defects, and Order Discrepancies

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, structurally damaged, or if you received the incorrect size/product, contact us instantly at lewkfit@gmail.com. so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an immediate replacement.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the structural fit or piece you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed by our team, you can make a separate, independent purchase for the new item online.

6. Refunds

Once your return package is delivered to our hub in Indore, our team will inspect the physical garment and verify the integrity of the embedded hardware/NFC link status. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional processing time for your bank or credit card processor to post the funds to your account statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at lewkfit@gmail.com.
